    No.

    Tell the owner to get a replacement title. If the owner cannot provide a clear title, do NOT buy the jet ski. Most likely it’s stolen. When you inspect the jet ski in person, be sure that the numbers on the jet ski match the numbers on the title. Also make sure that the owner’s name on the title matches their name on their drivers license or official state ID card. If there are ANY mis-matches, do NOT buy! Bostonian In MO
