how do i become a ski instructor in argentina?

ive chosen bariloche because
a) i have cousins living in buenos aires so i would be near-ish them
b) i am doing spanish at uni so it would improve my language and
c) i have been to bariloche once in their summer and it was beautiful – i would love to go again.
has any one done this? or does anyone know a company which could help me?
any hints and tips will be very much appreciated!
