can anyone help where would we find a govenment grant for a small ski lake in jerilderie?

we have a small ski lake which at the moment has no water in it due to the drought conditions we are experiencing. we would like this year to be able to fix the banks and retain more water so that this unlikely event of it being empty again does not occur we are a small non-profit organisation and have little money and are hopeful that there is a grant out there somewhere that could help us.
