What would be open this early in the season?
The answer is Bad Gastein, 90 kilometers south of Salzburg. When you get off the train you are literally at the resort. Maybe 300meter walk to where you rent skis and get lift tickets.
Is it possible to so skiing in Austria/Germany in November?
