    in nebraska you must be 18 years old (or older) to rent a motorized boat.

    “RENTALS
    Owners of motorboats for rent shall keep a record of the name and address of persons renting vessels designated or permitted by him to be propelled by any mechanical device. The record, including boat identification number, departure date and time and expected time of return, shall be preserved for at least six months. Rental motorboats shall include all equipment prescribed by law for that class of boat. It shall be unlawful for any motorboat livery to lease to anyone under the age of 18 years.”

    ski patrol may have additional age requirements, you can contact them at this site.

    rental boats are not exempt from the nebraska boaters license requirements so you may also need to have your boaters license (or one issued from another state) to operate a pwc.
