Why not just build your own floating dock with a ramp. It really isn't that hard or expensive to build one yourself. That way you just put a ramp down into the water on one side and drive the jet ski right up onto the dock where you can tie it down. This way any sea grown, plant or animal, ends up forming on the dock and not on your jet ski.
