Beth asked:

I have just bought a new pair of ski pants, as I am going off skiing in a week with my family. These pants are high waist, and have suspenders to keep them up. I was just wondering how tight i need to do these suspenders up. Are they supposed to be done up as tight as possible for extra warmth or how?

Put them on one leg in each leg of the pants, typical is zipper in the front. Wear the straps so they support the pants and keep them from falling off. I always needed pins to keep the straps from falling off my shoulders. Almost as bad as a loose bra strap. Don’t be concerned with extra warmth. When you exercise you will generate lots of body heat. Have fun. Jim W

    Hello,

You seemed worry about the suspenders and the heat. You really don’t need to fit it or make it tight as possible, just place it slightly above your waist (as long as your comfortable).

Doesn’t have to worry about heat because as you start to work your systems, your body process will also increase and produce heat.

    take care and enjoy,

    Thanks. aLpapito
