I want to book a ski holiday of 21 nights on-line. I can only find sites allowing me to book max 15 nights?

For a holiday that expensive (3 weeks in an expensive resort), it’s worth not booking online, but going to a specialist travel agency that may be able to get you good value-for-money, for instance a better place to stay for the same price, or other advantages such as a cheaper lift ticket, Freedom of The Town ticket, free transfer from the airport, whatever.
Personally, I find I don’t enjoy staying in the same resort for more than two weeks – it gets boring. You’ve done all the runs, all the outings, and all the bars. And if the snow fails you, it’s a disaster.
For the sort of money that 3 weeks in Zermatt costs, you could easily have 3 weeks in Colorado with 4 or 5 terrific resorts nearby, guaranteed snow, and shopping in Denver when you get bored.
Ski-ing in US is much nicer than in Europe, becuase good behaviour on the slopes is enforced by ski patrols – no pushing and shoving at the lift, very few queues, no careless yobs ski-ing too fast on easy slopes causing accidents. Greywolf
