How do I know if I need to adjust my ski bindings?

what are some easy ski tricks to do and how do you do them?

Went to a local ski shop to get ski’s and they recommend Nordica Nitrous. I was a good intermediate skier back when I skied, which has been a few years. These skis from what I read are for advanced, the ski shop says they are forgiving enough for an intermediate. Any suggestions?
