Pack lots of snow. You need that above anything else. William E

    Essentials:
Snow-proof jacket and trousers / suit
    Snow-proof gloves
Goggles or sunglasses specifically marked as being suitable for us in the snow (ordinary sunglasses are better than nothing but potentially your eyes could be damaged)
    Thick comfy socks
Warm jumper or fleece to wear under your jacket, plus more layers as appropriate if it’s going to be extra cold.
If your trousers are very thin / poorly lined I’d recommend putting a pair of tracksuit bottoms or pyjamas bottoms underneath (unless you like ugly long johns ;) )

You can hire your boots and skis when you get there.

Otherwise just all the usual stuff you would bring on holiday to a cold location.

I recommend borrowing the ski clothes, gloves and goggles if this is your first time going, see if you like it before you fork out lots of cash! Amanda
