What is the best way to pull a skier on a boat or jet-ski?
I watch videos all the time about getting up on skis, which I know how to do, however, I am interested in knowing how to pull a skier. For instance, what speed should one accelerate to in a boat, and is that different with a jet-ski? Also, what speeds are good for a nice run? Are the speeds different when pulling a wakeboarder? We have a 155 GTX SeaDoo as a reference.

accelerate pretty good to get them to pop up then slow down to bout 25 mph for wakeboarding Jeremiah J
Your jetski is going to struggle a little pulling up skiers, but will work. It depends on the weight of the skier and their ability but 25-30 should get you started.
Speeds are generally slower when pulling a wakeboarder. Start at 20mph and work within the comfort level of the rider. robert coyle
