Where can I get a ski patrol injury report example?

    Your best bet is to stop by the Patrol Room at the mountain. There is supposed to be a new “Standard” form to be used by all NSP patrols, but I can’t find it online. My guess is there are a bunch of resorts still using the ones they have used for years specifically for their resort, so to avoid any confusion, get the one from the place you need it from. Willie D
